We Value The Wonders Of God In Our Midst
These wonders are manifested in God's grace and power as He miraculously moves among us bringing revelation, forgiveness, reconciliation, salvation, sanctification, healing, and resources for doing His will.  Our highest value is placed on those things that only God can do for us, in us, and through us.
 
We Value Worship
While we recognize that our worship on a personal level is to be 24/7, we delight in opportunities for congregational worship.  Our worship will make sense to the worshiper, be dynamic and will highly esteem and glorify God the Father, The Son and Holy Spirit. It will include a blend of traditional and contemporary music, the relevant preaching of God's Word, prayers, tithes, offerings, fellowship moments and testimonies. The Lord's table is served on the first Sunday of each month.
 
We Value People
God sent His Son to redeem people of all ages, wages, colors and race. Each person is unique and vital to God's plan. We believe our friends, neighbors and acquaintances deserve to hear and see the good news of Jesus Christ.
 
We Value Character
Qualities such as holiness, integrity, truth, honesty, generosity, and tenacity.
 
We Value Growth
Healthy living organisms grow. Church growth is spiritual and numerical.  Spiritual growth is seen as individual believers grow in faith, mature in hope and dwell in love. Numerical growth is not necessarily a sign of God's blessing, but may be an indicator of health and life.  While growth in numbers is not a sufficient goal in itself, we believe that God desires for us to reach as many people as possible with the life changing message of Jesus Christ.
 
We Value Learning
Especially from God's transforming Word, in various contexts and from gifted teachers.
 
We Value Giving
Giving is expressed in many forms. We encourage generosity of time, talent and treasure for the work of the local church, the larger church, and the community and world mission. 
 
We Value Fellowship
As we share work, hardship, joy, meals, and resources, our faith journey is enhanced.

Leadership that is Godly, honest, effective, as a servant, and visionary.
